Curated placement
Jason selects art around the room, the guest profile, the photo moments, and the story the space should tell — not as decoration, but as a cultural layer.
Artyify the Space
A Jason Perez Art Collective service for venues, private hosts, hospitality groups, real estate moments, and brand events that need the space to feel more alive, more memorable, and more valuable the second people walk in.
The service
Artyify the Space helps a venue or host use art with intention: atmosphere first, story second, collector opportunity third. The goal is to make the room feel considered without making guests feel like they walked into a sales floor.
Jason selects art around the room, the guest profile, the photo moments, and the story the space should tell — not as decoration, but as a cultural layer.
The service is built for restaurants, hotels, lounges, private homes, offices, showrooms, fundraisers, and brand events that need the room to feel elevated fast.
When guests connect with a piece, the follow-up can move into Jason-reviewed artwork details, private showing requests, availability, pricing, delivery, and installation.
Current proof point
The current media set includes Jason at Rusty Pelican and a before video of the space. Once the after image is uploaded, this section can become a tighter before-and-after case study showing how the artwork changed the room, the photo moment, and the guest experience.
Designed so Jason can drop in the finished after image without rebuilding the page.
How it works
We look at the space, event type, audience, wall conditions, traffic flow, lighting, timing, and the kind of energy the host wants guests to feel.
Jason shapes a focused art mix around scale, color, subject, artist story, collector fit, and venue tone. Final artists and artwork remain Jason-reviewed.
The placement is staged to change the way the room photographs, feels, and starts conversations — with clean guest-facing context where appropriate.
Serious collector, host, or venue interest routes back to Jason’s team for next steps instead of being lost after the event ends.
Best fit
This service is strongest when the space already has people, movement, hospitality, luxury, culture, or buyer energy — and art can sharpen the environment instead of simply filling empty walls.
Start with the space
Share photos or video of the room, the type of guests, the timing, and the outcome you want: atmosphere, sales path, content, sponsorship value, private showing, or a stronger cultural moment.
