John Dolimpio

John Dolimpio (jdpaintz) is a contemporary artist living in New York. John is self taught, and has trained in many mediums from classic oil to watercolor before becoming immersed in the contemporary art scene in the last few years. He enjoys painting with layered textures, and subtle pops of color. Some of his recent work involves double exposure images which tell multiple stories in one. He’s recently taken over the Long Island mural scene, having his work adorning the walls of some of Long Islands hottest bars and restaurants.
